Delivery Options

To cater to your needs, we offer two main delivery options:

1. Normal Delivery

• Duration: Please expect your items to be delivered within 1-2 days from the time of your order.

• Applicability: This option is perfect for standard orders without any pressing urgency.

2. Urgent Delivery

• Duration: For when you need your items in a hurry, we offer an urgent delivery service that gets your products to you within 1 day.

• Applicability: Ideal for last-minute needs or urgent requirements.

Order Processing Time

• Weekday Orders: Orders placed during weekdays (Monday to Friday) are processed on the same day if they are placed before 12 PM UAE time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.

• Weekend Orders: Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. This is due to the operational hours of our dispatch centers.
